DC International Certification

The concept of setting aside men and women for ministry is rooted in the Scriptures and has been part of church and ministry practices throughout the ages.

At Pam Sheppard Ministries, we have incorporated provision for certification and ordination) of our DeliveranceCounseling students.  We provide a spiritual, not legal covering, for qualified students who are committing to use their DC training to minister to the Body of Christ. We recognize your calling as a Christian Counselor in the body of Christ. Pastor Pam will ordain as let by the unction of the Holy Ghost.  

PSM is dedicated to equipping the saints online, worldwide to do the work of the ministry of Jesus Christ in this, the 11th hour of the visible church before the Lord’s return to earth.

We are not an overseer in  the sense of what is known   “spiritual covering” and all the spiritual bondage this practice entails.  Bu contrast,  we are about the 3 A’s.  affiliation, association and autonomy.  The head of every minister is Jesus Christ Himself. Our job is to edify the called ones  through teaching, mentoring and coaching ministers who remain in control of their own mantle, whether iyou minister to two, two hundred or 2000 or more. 

Our goal is that independent, non-affiliated pastors who teach, preach and coun sel will use our products to encourage individual self-study among sheepfolds the Lord has assigned you. We will encourage you and help you to assess your own spiritual revelations,  This project, called Mentoring Online Ministers (MOM) uniquely tells the story.  Although we definitely welcome and embrace  men to be mentored by PSM, we anticipate  that the Lord is yet calling women to ministry, several of whom are referred to at home as “mom.” 

Requirements for CERTIFICATION

1. IMPORTANT: You must be an active member in good standing at Pam  Ministries for 2 years or more.
2. Renewal  every two years  will require completion of a short online form detailing your activities , and submission of the renewal fee. Those abiding in the USA will purchase liability insurance to practice as a certified deliverance counselor or mentor.  Those representing PSM internationally must comply with the insurance policies of your country.

5. We will not CERTIFY individuals who are not students in our program, completing the corse of study.

7. The Deliverance Essentials , including completing the online test, and a client practicing will  earn the “Certificate of Completion.”

We believe that deliverance counseling and mentoring  are  important elements of being a successful biblical PSM  counselor.  PSM’s curriculum for deliverance  counseling trainees  includes but is not limited to  the training courses, workshops, seminars  and books available at https://Shoptly.com/endimeebooks in their studies. Those who have been committed members of PSM for at least two years or more will receive scholarships.
